Back pain is very common and most people suffer from it at some time, however, most back problems heal naturally. Most people realise that sitting behind a computer screen at work all day long simply cannot be good for you - we were not built to do that. Most people do not need a specialist chair as long as their one is suitable for their height and weight and offers good functionality. All too often companies prefer to purchase cheaply made chairs which offer nothing more than a seat and very little support.
